A Festive Celebration with the Hello Club: Spreading Christmas Cheer
This holiday season, the Hello Club hosted a joyous Christmas party, and we at Right at Home Sutton and Mid Surrey were thrilled to be part of the festivities. The event was a heartwarming celebration of community spirit, connection, and festive cheer, made even more special with the presence of local police officers who joined in the fun.
Who Are the Hello Club?
The Hello Club is a fantastic community initiative that brings people together to combat isolation and promote well-being. Meeting three times a week, the club offers a variety of engaging activities, including arts and crafts, exercise sessions, and social days. It’s a vibrant hub where members can connect, laugh, and support one another, fostering friendships and enriching lives.

A Festive Gathering to Remember
The Christmas party was a true highlight of the season! The room was filled with the joyful sound of laughter, festive music, and heartfelt conversations. The local police joined the celebration, mingling with guests and adding to the sense of unity and goodwill. Their presence was warmly welcomed, showcasing their commitment to community engagement beyond their day-to-day duties.
A few of our own carers from Right at Home were delighted to attend, joining in the festivities and enjoying the chance to connect with Hello Club members. It was wonderful to see the smiles on everyone’s faces as they participated in games, exchanged stories, and shared the holiday spirit.
