I take great pride in my journey at Right at Home Swindon, where I initially joined as a Caregiver in 2020 with no prior experience in the field. The team's unwavering support and comprehensive training enabled me to quickly adapt and thrive in my role. Through the warmth and guidance of my colleagues, I seamlessly progressed into the role of Team Leader, driven by my passion for community-based care and client comfort.

Since then, my dedication to empowering clients to maintain their independence has only deepened. In 2022, achieving my Level 3 qualification marked a pivotal moment in my career. Continuing my journey of personal and professional growth, I completed my Level 4 qualification in 2023, further enhancing my expertise and ability to provide exemplary care. Following this achievement, I progressed into the role of Deputy Care Manager, embracing new responsibilities and overseeing our caregiving team to ensure they deliver exceptional care tailored to each client's needs.

Beyond work, I prioritize my well-being with regular visits to the local gym, recognizing the importance of maintaining balance and vitality.
