Nikki Howells

Hi, I'm Niki and I've recently joined the team as a Field Care Supervisor for the Bridgend and Vale area.

I recently worked for Welsh Blood service for 7 years as an associate practitioner, this required me to work alongside scientists and medics to ensure that patients across Wales are always received the best quality blood components. However, my true passion has always been working out in the community with a  fantastic team, delivering the best service and support to people that need it.

I'm thrilled to be part of the Right at Home team, sharing the same values and passion for delivering high-quality services.

Outside of work, I am kept busy two sausages dogs and two children that love their sport, my daughter represented Wales last year out in Portugal winning a silver medal. 

During my free time, I enjoy mountain walks, spending time with friends and family, drinking gin and reading.
