1. What You Can Expect to Earn: As we pay you for travel time between clients you will earn an average of £10.20 per hour of care you deliver, plus 30 mileage plus reliability bonus plus pension.
2. Holiday Pay is on Top of Hourly Pay: We want you to take some well-earned time off and still get paid.
3. Realistic Travel Time Between Clients: You will not be expected to travel to the other side of town in only 5 minutes during rush hour.
4. Clients Local to You: We try and ensure you are never driving more than 4 or 5 miles between clients.
5. One Hour Care Visits: This ensures you have the time needed to deliver great care and build meaningful relationships with your clients.
6. Private Clients: 80% of our clients are self-funded rather than via social services.
