We also have the invaluable contributions of Holly, our Operations Director. With over ten years of experience in the care industry, Holly's journey began as a carer and she has since progressed through the ranks, demonstrating her dedication and expertise.

From being an admin and coordinator to becoming a Registered Manager and now our Operations Director across four territories. Holly has played a pivotal role in our organization's success. Her deep understanding of the Vale and Bridgend territories, along with her personal knowledge and experience, makes her an invaluable asset to our new team at Bridgend and Vale of Glamorgan.

When I am not engrossed in my work, my time is often devoted to keeping up with their boundless energy and ensuring they avoid engaging in any playful conflicts. Apart from caring for my children, I find solace in spending time outdoors, taking leisurely walks with my dog, indulging in the serenity of my garden while engrossed in a captivating book, and attempting, albeit unsuccessfully, to cultivate a green thumb.
