Deputy Care Manager for Twickenham

A little bit about Farzana:

Farzana joined Right at Home in the summer of 2024, becoming the Deputy Care Manager for Twickenham and Richmond! She has over 10 years in the health and social care industry, where she started off as an assistant and quickly progressed to a field supervisor. Farzana has outstanding qualifications such as: a care certificate, NVQ level 3 and 4!!

Please provide a summary of what you do in your job role:

Client assessments, client reviews, spot checks. carer and client concerns. Communicating with nok and health professionals. Managing the care plans and keeping a audit.

What aspect of your job do you find most fulfilling?

Knowing that I have made a difference to a client/carer and that they are being heard.
