Right at Home Tyneside has a broad base of Clients ranging from private funders, specialist and framework Clients from Newcastle and North Tyneside local authorities, referrals of individuals with dementia through specialist dementia care centres, and referrals from the NHS, including from Walkergate Park Hospital, a specialist centre for neurorehabilitation and neuropsychiatry for people with a disability caused by injury or disease affecting the brain, spinal cord or muscles.

Our Clients range in age from a 30 year old tetraplegic, that we get to his job as a lawyer every morning, starting the preparation at 06.00 hours, to a lady that is almost 103 years old.

Our business has been built on providing quality care and support to our Clients and having an honest, open and inclusive relationship with our care team, almost 75% of which have worked with us for well in excess of 12 months.
