Covid – 19 Safety and wellbeing

At Right at Home Tyneside, the safety and wellbeing of our Clients, Carers and office staff is paramount. We are following the Covid 19 guidance issued by Public Health England with regard to the protection of our Carers and the vulnerable people they support, have appropriate risk assessments in place and regularly reinforce these measures with refresher training.
Are Carers are working in core teams each assigned to a small number of specific Clients to minimise contact and the risk of virus transmission. When a Carer is working within 2 metres of a Client, appropriate PPE is worn, including a disposable apron, gloves, fluid resistant surgical mask and eye protection, if required.
