What does it mean to be a CareGiver with us? 

It means you are the best of the best, well that’s our opinion anyway! You are given top quality training, full 4-day induction, shadowing with a Senior and continued refresher training. To be a CareGiver you are compassionate, you are caring, and you have a love for the job you do.

What does it mean to be CareGiver of the Month?

You have gone above and beyond what was expected of you. A CareGiver who has received compliments from peers or compliments from clients. A CareGiver who is truly committed to their responsibilities!

March 2022 – Kenneth Alexis Cain

Kenneth is a dedicated Carer; he is a person you want on your team! Kenneth has a great relationship with his clients, he stays on top of their needs and always ensures they are provided with the best care! Recently Kenneth received a lovely card from a Client’s next of kin, thanking him for everything he does.

Kenneth has more recently taken on some more responsibility; he is supporting with writing up Care Plans as well as carrying out spot checks and doing a great job. We can’t wait to see where this will lead!

In all, Kenneth is loved by his clients; his calm and gentle demeanour on top of his desire to help others shines through. Kenneth is one of a kind and we are blessed to have him as part of our team at Right at Home.
