Field Care Supervisor

Leah joined Right at Home in April 2023 as a Care Coordinator, and although she loved the role, she missed being more hands-on with the clients. So, in December, she moved into the Field Care Supervisor role, where she now takes charge of client reviews, risk assessments, care plan updates, client assessments, and ensuring compliance is always on track.

Before joining Right at Home, Leah worked in care for three years, gaining valuable experience that sparked her passion for expanding her knowledge in healthcare. From the moment she joined, the team at Right at Home made her feel incredibly welcome, offering all the guidance and support she needed to thrive.

Outside of work, Leah enjoys supporting friends at local show jumping events, going on dog walks with her little Pomeranian, Nelly, and spending time with her family and friends. She also has her own horse and continues to enjoy her love for riding.
