Leah Grant

I joined Right at Home in April 2023 as a care coordinator, I enjoyed this role but missed being more involved with the clients. I then moved over to the Field care supervisor role in December, I am now in charge of client reviews, risk assessments, care plan updates, client assessments and helping with compliance.

I have previously worked in care before joining Right at Home, I did this for three years, which I really enjoyed but felt I was ready to move on and into a role where I could expand my knowledge of health care further. When I joined Right at Home, everyone made me feel so welcome and they were always happy to give me the guidance and support I needed.

Outside of work I enjoy supporting my friends at local show jumping events, going on dog walks with my little Pomeranian called Nelly and spending time with my friends and family. I used to own my own horses which I used to compete in shows, I still have a love for horses, and I am lucky enough to have friends who let me ride theirs.
