Acting Registered Manager

Louisa joined Right at Home in 2019 as a care assistant, bringing with her a wealth of experience in the care sector, which she had developed since leaving school. Balancing work with raising five children, care has always been a natural part of her life.

In early 2021, Louisa took a brief break to work in a care home for people with dementia, gaining valuable experience. On her return, she was quickly promoted to a senior role, demonstrating her leadership abilities and commitment to high standards of care.

Louisa is now the Acting Registered Manager at Right at Home, overseeing all aspects of the company’s operations. In her role, she is responsible for maintaining CQC compliance, ensuring that the care provided is of the highest quality and adheres to all regulatory standards. She manages the care staff, offering support and guidance, and is the primary point of contact for any staff or client concerns. Louisa also oversees all medication management, providing advice and support on medication-related matters to staff and clients alike. Additionally, she holds office supervisions to ensure her team is well-supported and maintains a positive, efficient working environment.

Her leadership, dedication, and focus on quality care make Louisa an integral part of the team and the continued success of Right at Home.
