Megan Spencer

I started my career with Right at Home in August 2021 as the Office Administrator and noticed the family feel office environment straight away.

My connection with care began with my first job, which was in a retirement home as a supper assistant. Although I was not involved in the personal care side, being around the elderly daily is how I learned more about care and what type of illness elderly people are affected by. Being able to help is something I have always been passionate about.

I think we provide a fantastic service to our clients by helping them keep their independence and making them feel comfortable with day-to-day tasks in their own home. I am mainly based in the office but I love to go out and meet our clients in person, so I am not just a voice on the end of the phone.

I am grateful to be a part of a fantastic company and a lovely team that provide outstanding care. I have always had a big heart when it comes to helping people and supporting them with their well-being.
