Recruitment & Admin Officer
Meg joined Right at Home in August 2021 as the Office Administrator and quickly felt at home in the family-oriented office environment. She manages recruitment, conducts interviews, and attends or hosts recruitment events to ensure the team continues to grow with the best carers. Meg also handles payroll and invoicing, follows up on carers' outstanding training, and audits carer files to maintain our high standards of care.
Her journey in care began with her first job as a supper assistant in a retirement home, where she gained valuable experience learning about the challenges elderly people face. Though she wasn’t directly involved in personal care, this experience ignited her passion for helping others, especially those in later life.
Meg is dedicated to helping clients maintain their independence and feel comfortable with day-to-day tasks at home. She is proud to be part of a fantastic company and a team that provides outstanding care, and her big heart for helping others shines through in everything she does.
