Heather Graham
Learning and Development Officer
As Training Coordinator, Heather is responsible for supporting, designing and implementing high quality training packages to be delivered to our team of CareGivers. She also helps administrate our online learning system. She has a strong track record in supporting training standards and delivering innovative, learner focussed training to a wide range of people having previously worked as both a Trainer and Training Standards Officer for a national first aid training provider.
Heather holds a variety of training, assessing and quality assurance certificates including CTTLS and TAQA.
“I am passionate about training and firmly believe that good quality training can support learners to not only achieve their certification but also inspire them to develop themselves further and go that extra mile. Outside of work, I love to volunteer! Before I developed my passion for education, I studied Marine Ecology to Masters level and indulge my enthusiasm for conservation by volunteering in Visitor Engagement at my local zoo.”
