Lynette has worked in social care for 20 years, covering a range of roles from a carer through to Registered Manager and then more recently working within Quality and Compliance. Over the past 6 years, she has worked as Quality and Compliance Manager in the Nursing Home Sector, so has a wide range of experience, knowledge and skills.
