Associate Director – Systems, Innovations and Quality Assurance
Lynette has over 20 years of experience in social care, having progressed through a variety of roles—from Carer to Registered Manager, Quality and Compliance roles and now serving as Associate Director of Systems, Innovations, and Quality Assurance.

In my current role, I’m passionate about driving continuous improvement, championing innovative practices and projects to drive efficiencies across the sector, and am committed to ensuring robust systems are in place to support excellence across the network. I thrive on helping our teams make a real difference in people’s lives and celebrating the incredible work they deliver every day."
Outside of work, Lynette is always up for an adventure—she loves hiking in the mountains, climbing, and paddle boarding whenever she can.
