Our helpful training brochure explains, in detail, all of the learning opportunities available for our staff. Learn everything you need to know about our award-winning training courses for Carers and managers. Our learning and development programmes are designed to enhance the knowledge of every member of our team.
We believe that high quality training and continuous professional development are the key to our award-winning care services. Our opportunities go far above and beyond mandatory training for Carers. We support CareGivers and support staff with options from specialist care training to courses in leadership, recruitment or digital marketing!
We offer free training for all Carers at Right at Home, to increase their knowledge of their current role, or to progress in their career.

What training courses are on offer for careers in homecare?
We offer a number of ‘mix and match’ course programmes to our employees. This allows us to create bespoke support and development opportunities for every individual.

Right at Home Training Academy
Right at Home UK is an Advantage Accreditation approved centre, allowing us to deliver accredited in-house training programmes. We believe in sharing knowledge and empowering our network of homecare experts to train their teams. Our Level 3 training courses provide attendees with the skills and knowledge they need to deliver high quality training courses themselves.
From presentation skills to subject-specific ‘Train the Trainer’ sessions, our training academy enables us to offer more and more accredited training for Carers across the UK. Our 'Train the Trainer' programme is award-winning, achieving the Princess Royal Training Award for 2023.
Managers’ Essential Standards
We recognise that training in homecare shouldn’t just be reserved for CareGivers. To help our team achieve outstanding recognition from the Care Quality Commission (CQC), we must also support our office teams.
This particular programme is designed to help our Registered Managers in their role. Our Managers’ Essentials courses are also available as upskilling opportunities to anyone who wishes to develop into a managerial role.
With courses in Customer Experience, Leadership, HR and Compliance, we encourage skills for the care industry at all levels.

As well as our fantastic in-person courses, we also offer a variety of online training.
