2025 Wellbeing & Exercise Challenge: Let’s Move Towards Better Health!
This February, we’re excited to launch our 2025 Wellbeing & Exercise Challenge in support of Heart Month and the British Heart Foundation (BHF).
This month’s focus: Indoor Walking Challenge. Whether it’s walking around the house or stepping in place while watching TV, every step counts toward better heart health!
