Right at Home UK Becomes First Homecare Group to Secure WorkBuzz 5 Star Franchisee Satisfaction for 10 Years Running

Right at Home UK has become the first homecare group to secure WorkBuzz’s Five Star Franchisee Satisfaction Award for ten years running.
This highly valued accreditation comes as a direct result of the feedback given by our network’s Franchise Owners, in a confidential annual survey completed by our business owners and evaluated by industry analysts.
Participants were asked to rate and comment on five key areas of the business model including: Training and Support, the Franchise System, Culture and Relationships, Leadership, and General Satisfaction.
Five Star Franchisee Satisfaction is awarded to franchisors that score above the industry average in all five key areas - something Right at Home has maintained for a decade. Scores are out of 100 for each area and we scored exceptionally well across all five:
- 90 for Training and Support - 14 points higher than the industry benchmark
- 89 for Culture and Relationships - 18 points higher than the industry benchmark
- 91 for our Franchise System - 14 points higher than the industry benchmark
- 93 for Leadership - 22 points higher than the industry benchmark
- 91 for General Satisfaction - 32 points higher than the industry benchmark
