The CEO of Right at Home UK has been awarded a major accolade at the Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards.
Lucy Campbell, who has led the company since January 2022, was named the Home Care Business Woman of the Year.
The Women Achieving Greatness in Social Care Awards took place on Tuesday, November 21 at the Marriot Grosvenor Square in London.
The ceremony celebrates the achievements of female leaders from all corners of the sector, whilst providing a platform for rising stars.
Lucy was recognised for actively addressing major challenges facing social care providers and advocating for collaborative solutions, both in her role as CEO of Right at Home and Vice Chair of the Homecare Association.
A panel of judges praised her “unparalleled dedication” to the Right at Home UK network, and for inspiring others in the care sector with her “resilient and optimistic” leadership.
Commenting on her award win, Lucy said: “It was an honour to be in the room with so many exceptional women, striving to make a difference in our very special sector. I was also extremely humbled to get this award, which ultimately would not be possible without the incredible positive force of the entire Right at Home network.”
Lucy’s achievement comes on the back of a string of award wins for Right at Home. The business was recently named Home Care Provider of the Year at the Leaders in Care Awards, and Simon Osborne, Director of Quality, ‘In Home’ and Clinical Care, received the Executive Clinical Leader accolade at last month’s Social Care Leadership Awards.
Right at Home was also honoured with the prestigious Princess Royal Training Award for its ‘Train the Trainer’ programme earlier this year. The programme supports Managers and Senior CareGivers with the tools to deliver essential training to CareGivers within local offices.
