Right at Home collects two accolades at national homecare awards

On Friday 23 April 2021, award-winning homecare franchise Right at Home scooped two more accolades at the national Homecare Awards.
Right at Home UK was announced the winner of the ‘Recruitment, Retention and Staff Expertise’ award, whilst Right at Home Portsmouth, which is rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission, beat strong competition to be named the winner of the ‘Team Support’ category.
The annual Homecare Awards seek out examples of the expertise of companies providing homecare in the UK and praise the teams that are making a difference by looking to raise standards. This year’s virtual awards ceremony paid tribute to the providers who have excelled during the pandemic.
These latest accolades follow a string of award wins for Right at Home UK in 2021. This year it has won a prestigious Best Franchise Award, its Chief Operating Officer Lucy Campbell was named EWiF’s (Encouraging Women into Franchising’s) Woman Franchisor of the Year and most recently, it was awarded national 5* Employer status by the independent research company WorkBuzz, following the Right at Home network’s annual CareGiver satisfaction survey. In addition to this, 27 local Right at Home offices were also awarded individual 5* Employer status.

Right at Home – which has a growing network of 65+ franchises across the UK – also achieved a High Commendation during the awards ceremony, for its response to the Covid-19 pandemic.
