National homecare provider Right at Home UK is pleased to share that it has two finalists in the 2020 EWiF (Encouraging Women into Franchising) NatWest Awards.
Right at Home UK’s Chief Operating Officer, Lucy Campbell, is shortlisted for Woman Franchisor of the Year. Lucy – who has been with Right at Home for more than five years – champions a culture of continuous improvement and this has seen Right at Home achieve its most successful 12 months to date. This includes 27% of its inspected offices in England achieving an Outstanding rating by the Care Quality Commission and being one of only three brands to have achieved eight consecutive years of 5* Franchisee Satisfaction. In addition, Right at Home has been awarded 5* Employer Status following its annual CareGiver satisfaction survey and it is the most highly rated national homecare brand on the leading independent review site, homecare.co.uk.
Lucy’s nomination follows her inclusion in What Franchise’s highly coveted 100 Influential Women in Franchising list for 2020.
Sam Wright, Managing Director and Franchise Owner of Right at Home High Wycombe and District, is shortlisted in the Woman Franchisee of the Year category. Sam opened Right at Home High Wycombe and District in July 2017 and less than two years later, it was rated Outstanding by the Care Quality Commission in its first full inspection.
Speaking on the nominations, Right at Home UK CEO, Ken Deary, said: “Congratulations to Lucy and Sam on their well-deserved nominations. It is great to see their hard work being recognised and celebrated, particularly during what has been a challenging seven months. I wish them both the best of luck in their respective categories.”
The annual EWiF awards are an opportunity to celebrate women right across the UK, from businesses of all ages and sizes operating in the franchising industry. Winners will be announced at a virtual awards ceremony on Wednesday 21 October at 2.00pm.
