Right at Home receives top accolade at the 2024 Home Care Awards

Right at Home continues to shine brightly in the home care sector, achieving success at the 2024 Home Care Awards.
We are proud to have secured the prestigious Outstanding National Home Care Provider Gold Award, marking yet another pinnacle achievement in our dedication to providing exceptional care.
The Homecare Awards, which took place in Birmingham on March 1, aim to be the annual benchmark of excellence for all UK businesses providing care at home.
As well as receiving the Gold Award, our franchise office Right at Home North Somerset received a High Commendation in the Best for Team Support category.
Attending the ceremony, Heather Wehrle, Director of People and Brand at Right at Home UK, said: “This award is dedicated to our Franchise Owners and their care teams for their unwavering commitment to delivering outstanding care every single day. We are so proud of their achievements.”
This latest award win comes on the back of a string of accolades Right at Home has received. The business was awarded the Excellence in Empowerment Award at the recent Leading Women in Care Awards and was named the Home Care Provider of the Year at the Leaders in Care Awards in October 2023.
With a remarkable group score of 9.8/10 on homecare.co.uk, based on over 3,000 reviews, Right at Home maintains its position as the highest-rated homecare group on the platform.
The network also continues to lead in inspection ratings by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), with an impressive 34% of inspected offices rated as 'Outstanding', further cementing its reputation as a quality provider of home care services.
